The Problem

A consumer product import company with steady catalog sales and limited digital presence needed to grow its retail footprint and modernize its marketing function. The business had product depth but lacked an integrated strategy across e-commerce, retail, earned media, and trade. A new product category sat unlaunched, with no brand, no packaging, and no path to market.

The Approach

Owned all marketing functions across the parent brand and a new sub-brand. Rebuilt SEO and content strategy, restructured the Magento store, and ran an integrated digital advertising program. Negotiated wholesale and merchandising contracts with major national retailers including Cabela’s and Walmart. Secured feature placements in NRA publications and industry magazines. Launched ABDO as a standalone sub-brand: brand identity, packaging, supplier sourcing, and a connected-device variant with negotiated SIM and GPS service contracts.

The Outcome

Drove 1,000%+ website traffic growth in two years through SEO, content, and digital advertising. Established wholesale relationships with Cabela’s and Walmart, plus recurring earned-media placements. ABDO shipped with both standard and connected-device variants in market. The role demonstrated the ability to lead a multi-channel marketing function end-to-end, including product development, retail, and brand launch.
