Andretti National Brand System
Creative Lead · Andretti Indoor Karting & Games · 2019 to present
Building creative infrastructure for a national entertainment brand growing from 4 to 16 locations.
The Problem
A regional entertainment brand entered rapid national expansion. Each new location needed a full creative stack on a compressed timeline: coming-soon collateral, grand opening campaigns, signage and decor, gift cards, arcade play cards, go-kart decal packages, digital price screens, and seasonal promotions. Creative was being produced reactively, and asset reuse was inconsistent across locations.
The Approach
Established a creative system rather than a creative service. Designed brand-consistent template libraries for each repeatable surface so new locations launched from a known starting point. Sourced and implemented MediaValet as the brand’s DAM, built the library architecture, and standardized file naming and reusable-asset shooting practices. Built and mentored the in-house creative team across video, photography, and design, bringing more production in-house and reducing outsourcing.
The Outcome
Supported 12+ new store openings with the full creative stack on schedule. Quarterly national campaigns plus a year-round promotional mix ran consistently across the entire footprint. Brand consistency improved across digital, print, and environmental touchpoints. The creative function moved from reactive request-fulfillment to a system that absorbs continued growth.
